¶ 1. William Sanders filed a medical-malpractice action against Dr. Benjamin Wiseman in the Circuit Court of Lee County. After receiving discovery responses, Dr. Wiseman moved for summary judgment. He alleged the plaintiff had failed to produce sufficient expert opinions to establish a prima facie medical-negligence claim.
