¶ 1. Jeffrey Shelley was convicted of sale of cocaine by a Warren County jury, and the Warren County Circuit Court subsequently sentenced Shelley to twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with fifteen years to serve and five years of post-release supervision.
