Cherry claims that: (1) he received ineffective assistance of counsel; (2) there was no factual bases for his guilty plea; (3) his guilty pleas were not knowingly and voluntarily entered into; (4) the circuit court was required to inform him of his right of appeal; (5) his sentence was excessive; (6) the prosecution withheld information...
