¶ 1. Terrance Chandler entered a plea of guilty to the charge of possession of cocaine in an amount greater than thirty grams, within 1,500 feet of a church, with intent to distribute. The Circuit Court of Oktibbeha County sentenced Chandler to thirty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), followed by five years of post-release supervision upon his release from confinement.
