¶ 1. This appeal arises out of a custody agreement between Jeffrey Dale Quick and Tabatha Renee Quick Saint. Jeffrey and Tabatha were married in 1998, and three children were born during their marriage. In 2007, Tabatha and Jeffrey were granted a divorce by the Simpson County Chancery Court.
