¶ 1. This appeal arises out of Bobbie L. Ellis's attempt to have Stephanie Chism Turner removed from her position as conservator of the person and estate of Ruby Chism Ellis, Bobbie's wife. Stephanie is Ruby's granddaughter.1 The Lee County Chancery Court, which appointed Stephanie as conservator, declined to remove her from her position as conservator.
