¶ 1. Four months after pleading guilty in the Lincoln County Circuit Court to the crime of statutory rape, Roderick D. Hooks filed a motion for a reduction of sentence, which was treated by the circuit court as a motion for post-conviction relief (PCR) and summarily denied.
