¶ 1. Arthur Eugene Duncan (Arthur) was born on July 16, 1999, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto (BMH-DeSoto) in DeSoto County, Mississippi. Arthur experienced trouble breathing shortly after his birth and it was discovered that he had a bilateral spontaneous pneumothorax.
