¶ 1. John and Angela Benal were granted a divorce based on irreconcilable differences by the Madison County Chancery Court. John and Angela submitted four issues for the trial court to resolve: (1) custody of their three children, (2) division of the marital assets, (3) liability for payment of the marital debts, and (4) use of the marital home and furnishings.
