¶ 1. Mary Hoskins filed a petition for divorce in the Panola County Chancery Court against her husband, Ronald Hoskins, on the grounds of habitual cruel and inhuman treatment and desertion. The chancellor dismissed Mary's divorce action for failing to meet the burden of proof. Mary appealed the chancellor's decision. Finding no error, we affirm the judgment of the chancery court.
