¶ 1. On May 3, 2007, Rodger Dale Jordan filed a petition in the Circuit Court of Pontotoc County for post-conviction relief to set aside his conviction and sentence for statutory rape. On March 31, 2008, the trial court conducted an evidentiary hearing on Jordan's petition. As a result of the hearing, the trial court denied Jordan's petition for post-conviction relief.
