¶ 1. James Buckley was convicted by a jury in the Neshoba County Circuit Court of sale of cocaine. Thereafter, he was sentenced by the court to twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and was fined $5,000. Feeling aggrieved, Buckley appeals and asserts (1) that the court erred when it refused to grant his motion for a directed verdict, (2) that he received ineffective assistance of counsel when his attorney...
