¶ 1. After being removed as executor for the Estate of Virginia Margaretta Dodson, Cuyler A. Dodson (C.A.) requested reimbursement for executor fees and expenses. The Harrison County Chancery Court ruled that C.A. would "be barred from any claim for fees and expenses" on the basis of maladministration of the estate by C.A. Aggrieved, C.A. appeals and asserts that the chancery court erred in failing to reimburse him for executor fees...
