CARLTON, J., for the Court.

¶ 1. A Warren County Circuit Court jury found David Welch guilty of the murder1 of Cedric Griffin. The trial court sentenced Welch to life in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC). Welch appeals alleging that the evidence was not sufficient to support his conviction, and the verdict is against the overwhelming weight of the evidence. Finding no error, we affirm.
