¶ 1. Earl Dean Taylor alleged that he injured his neck and shoulders during an on-the-job safety drill at First Chemical. The administrative law judge (ALJ), however, found no compensable injury and denied benefits, and the ALJ's order was affirmed by the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission.
