PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. Loretha Pauline Logan Murray was found guilty by a Scott County Circuit Court jury of one count of credit card fraud. Murray was sentenced to serve three years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $1,000 in restitution to the victim. Murray subsequently filed a motion for a new trial, which was denied. Murray now appeals, asserting four issues...
