Kendall Wayne Pilgrim was convicted in the Circuit Court of Neshoba County of possession of methamphetamine in an amount of at least 0.10 gram but less than 2.0 grams, in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 41-29-139(c)(1)(B) (Rev. 2005).
