¶ 1. A Hinds County grand jury indicted Rodney Mendenhall for aggravated assault with a weapon, armed robbery, and business burglary, all in connection with the July 6, 2006, shooting of Curtis T. Addison, Jr. A jury found Mendenhall guilty on all charges. The trial court sentenced Mendenhall to the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC).
