¶ 1. The present appeal stems from two orders entered by the Circuit Court of Scott County. In the first order, the circuit court granted summary judgment in favor of Dr. John Paul Lee. The circuit court found that Kenneth Johnson had failed to designate an expert witness at least sixty days prior to trial; therefore, Johnson could not prove that Dr. Lee was negligent.
