Bolivar County Sheriff's Deputy Michael Thompson filed suit against Rizzo Farms, Inc., based on personal injuries that Deputy Thompson sustained in a car wreck with Rizzo's employee, Rodney Brown. The Bolivar County Circuit Court jury found in favor of Rizzo.
