¶ 1. Willie L. Brown filed for workers' compensation benefits for an injury to his right elbow and for bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome in his right arm and hand. The Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission found that Brown failed to show that his injuries were work-related; thus, Brown was denied workers' compensation benefits.
