¶ 1. Jeffrey Jackson was indicted for three counts of aggravated assault and one count of murder for a shooting that occurred at a nightclub in Shaw, Bolivar County, Mississippi. A Bolivar County Circuit Court jury convicted Jackson of all of the charges.
