¶ 1. John G. Argo IV was convicted of fourteen counts of exploitation of children in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-5-33(5) (Rev.2006). The DeSoto County Circuit Court sentenced Argo to fourteen concurrent sentences of fifteen years each in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections followed by five years of post-release supervision.
