CARLTON, J., for the Court.

¶ 1. Lonzie Earl Nichols was convicted in the Clay County Circuit Court for the murder of Kiki Johnson. He was sentenced to life in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

¶ 2. Nichols argues on appeal that he is, at most, guilty of manslaughter. He asks this Court to reverse his murder conviction and remand his case for sentencing for the crime of manslaughter. We find no error and affirm Nichols's conviction...
