CARLTON, J., for the Court.

¶ 1. This case presents for review the denial of a motion for new trial filed by Wendy Michelle Cheatham. On January 11, 2008, the Circuit Court of Leake County denied the motion, and Cheatham now appeals arguing that the verdict is against the overwhelming weight of the evidence. We find that the verdict was not against the overwhelming weight of the evidence and affirm the judgment of the circuit court.
