¶ 1. On December 31, 2002, Horace A. Ryals (Horace) filed a complaint alleging negligence on the part of Dr. Phillip Bertucci and Dr. John Finch. The matter proceeded to trial. On May 30, 2007, the trial court granted the defendants' motion for a directed verdict.
