¶ 1. On July 31, 2003, Eric S. Berry pled guilty to the criminal information and was sentenced to serve twenty-five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) with ten years to serve and fifteen years suspended followed by five years of post-release supervision.
