KITCHENS, Justice, for the Court.

¶ 1. A.B. and B.B.1 appeal the Lauderdale County Youth Court's termination of their parental rights. The Mississippi Court of Appeals affirmed the decision, and this Court granted the parents' petition for writ of certiorari. Finding error, we reverse the Court of Appeals and remand the case for further proceedings.
