¶ 1. Walter Conlee pled guilty to a two-count indictment: Count I, manslaughter, and Count II, transfer of a controlled substance. Conlee was sentenced to serve twenty years on Count I and thirty years on Count II in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), with the sentences to run concurrently.
