FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. On June 15, 2006, James Kenneth Cotton, a Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics (MBN) agent, received a tip that Jimmy Lee Daniels was selling cocaine from a red Jaguar at the Community Parks Apartments in McComb, Mississippi.
