She asserted that her ex-husband, George Trim (George), had fraudulently understated the value of his assets in his Uniform Chancery Court Rule 8.05 statement during their divorce proceeding. The chancellor agreed and found that George had fraudulently listed the value of his company stock and awarded Lisa half of its value...
