¶ 1. On January 17, 2007, Drew and Janet Anderson were granted a divorce by the Chancery Court of Warren County based on the ground of irreconcilable differences. The chancellor equitably distributed the marital assets, ordered Drew to pay child support, and awarded Janet permanent periodic alimony and attorney's fees.
