¶ 1. Charlie Singleton was convicted of sexual battery in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-3-95(2) (Rev. 2006). He was sentenced to serve fifteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. In addition, Singleton was placed on five years of post-release supervision following his term of confinement.
