¶ 1. This is a case regarding the treatment of a resident at the Dixie White House Nursing Home (Dixie White House) in Harrison County, Mississippi. Following the resident's death, the plaintiff sued the defendants for allegedly mistreating the resident and causing him to suffer injury and death.
