The circuit court sentenced him as a habitual offender to life in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections without eligibility for parole or probation along with a fine of $5,000 for each count, $300 in restitution to the Mississippi Crime Laboratory, and $300 in restitution to the Southwest...
