¶ 1. Chris Miller and Johnny Miller were each convicted in the Circuit Court of Winston County of one count of the sale of cocaine. Chris was sentenced to serve a term of ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) to run consecutively to a previously imposed twenty-year sentence. He was also ordered to pay a $5,000 fine, and his driving privileges were suspended for six months. Johnny was sentenced...
