¶ 1. This case is on appeal from the judgment of the Chancery Court of Pearl River County, entered on August 24, 2007, dismissing the claims of Bordman Humphrey's estate and declaring the cross-complaints moot. The chancellor dismissed the claims of Humphrey's estate upon finding that the estate failed to meet its burden of proof of establishing by clear and convincing evidence its claims of undue influence.
