¶ 1. Seventeen-year-old Eric Lewis Williams was indicted for capital murder, conspiracy to commit capital murder, aggravated assault, and conspiracy to commit aggravated assault. Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Pike County, Mississippi, Williams was found guilty on the counts of capital murder, aggravated assault, and conspiracy to commit aggravated assault.
