Johnny Robert Babb was found guilty by a jury in the Hinds County Circuit Court of two counts of aggravated assault on law enforcement officers and one count of simple assault on a law enforcement officer. Babb was sentenced to thirty years each on the two counts of aggravated assault and five years for simple assault, all to be served concurrently in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections...
