FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. This appeal stems from a judgment entered by the Rankin County Chancery Court granting Anne Rodriguez (Anne) a divorce from Ronald Rodriguez (Ronnie) on the ground of uncondoned adultery. On January 7, 2006, Anne secretly recorded a conversation between herself and Ronnie. She repeatedly asked if he had an affair with another woman. After much probing, Ronnie admitted to having two affairs...
