This case comes on appeal from the Circuit Court of Holmes County on Irby Matthew Tate's conviction of culpable negligence manslaughter and sentence of twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections — ten years to serve, five years of supervised probation, and five years of post-release supervision.
