¶ 1. Earnest Lee Wilson, Jr., was convicted in the Circuit Court of Rankin County of embezzlement. The circuit court sentenced Wilson as a habitual offender to ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and ordered him to pay a fine of $10,000. Aggrieved by his conviction and sentence, Wilson now appeals. He asserts the following four points of error:
