¶ 1. On July 13, 2007, a jury in the Neshoba County Circuit Court found Reggie Andre Carter guilty of aggravated assault. Carter was sentenced to serve twelve years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Aggrieved, Carter now appeals, asserting the following issues: (1) the trial judge erred in excluding testimony regarding the victim's conduct after the aggravated assault,
