¶ 1. Sean Antonio King was convicted in the Circuit Court of Hinds County of deliberate-design murder on October 1, 2004. He was sentenced as a habitual offender to life imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections without eligibility for parole or probation.
