¶ 1. On December 7, 2000, Mark Steven Allen pled guilty to manslaughter. The Circuit Court of Adams County sentenced Allen to serve twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) and ordered Allen to pay a fine of $10,000.
