¶ 1. Rotundo Jenkins was convicted of possession of 4.27 grams of cocaine. The Lauderdale County Circuit Court sentenced Jenkins to serve five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), with two years suspended and four years of reporting probation, and ordered Jenkins to pay a $1,000 fine and crime lab fees in the amount of $300.
