¶ 1. George Lee Massey was indicted on one count of lustful touching of a child pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated Section 97-5-23 (Rev.2006). On September 11-12, 2007, Massey was tried by a jury in the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County, the Hon. Robert W. Bailey presiding. Massey was convicted by the jury.
