¶ 1. Willie Keith Starks pleaded guilty in the Circuit Court of Oktibbeha County to statutory rape. Thereafter, Starks filed a motion for post-conviction relief, arguing that he received ineffective assistance of counsel and that his guilty plea was entered involuntarily.
