¶ 1. Thomas Glen Garner pleaded guilty in the Circuit Court of Forrest County to the charge of aggravated assault. Garner was sentenced to serve a term of ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and ordered to pay a fine of $1,500, a $100 assessment to the Mississippi Crime Victims' Compensation Program, restitution to the victim in the amount of $1,263, and all costs of court.
