¶ 1. The Chancery Court of Lauderdale County denied Bradley Sudduth's (Brad) request for a modification of custody and his motion for a new trial. Brad appeals, raising two issues:

I. Whether the chancellor's finding that Hannah was not adversely affected while in her mother's care was manifestly wrong and clearly erroneous; and II. Whether the chancellor abused his discretion by denying Brad's motion for a new trial...
